Refund Policy
REFUND & EXCHANGES TERMS FOR PRODUCTS
- Returns : We strictly follow 10 days refund policy. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Refunds : Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (based on packaging, product condition). If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Late or Missing Refund : Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. - Exchange : You are adivised to check your products thoroughly while buying. After buying the product(s) you cannot claim an exchange for the same.
- Gifts : Gifts items/products/cards/coupons cannot be claimed for monetary exchange.
- To return your product, you should send your product to : Salonise, 6351/15-16, Nicholson Road, Ambala Cantt, Ambala, HR, 133001, India. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
REFUND & EXCHANGES TERMS FOR SERVICES
- Regular Services : It must be understood that we are selling services and not the products. Every service consumes time, products, labour of the salon which cannot be returned. Hence, Salonise follows a “No Refund” policy. However, if service quality is compromised/service error is established, customer can claim for the refund within 7 days of availing the service. However, service correction will be first option in the cases where the service can be corrected. If a client remains dissatisfied with the service provided despite our efforts to please, management will determine whether the client should receive a refund, a credit, or corrective service. Services may not be performed free of charge without permission from Management. Any service performed improperly will be corrected by the stylist at his or her expense (cost of product only).
- Packages : Packages/offers are issued to customers to promote services/business on “No profit no loss basis”. Sometimes packages are issued to keep the business running in tough times, off season, tough competition on huge discounts. Hence, we strictly follow “No refund” policy for packages. It’s strongly suggested to buy the package only after knowing package services, prices, validity and package terms and conditions.
